Shanna Moakler wants one last thing from her arch-enemy Carrie Prejean -- a viewing of the infamous solo sex tape.
Moakler, who campaigned publicly to get "biblically correct" Carrie booted as Miss California USA, was at Benjamin Steak House in NYC yesterday where she said "I'm looking forward to seeing" Prejean's one woman show.
FYI, perverts, the tape has not been released.
Shanna also apologized for calling Khloe Kardashian a "donkey" -- but the apology definitely seemed half-assed.

The only thing more ridiculous than Wendy Williams' pit stains on her show this morning: The war Shanna Moakler ignited with the Kardashians by calling Khloe a "donkey."
After Shanna talked about not being invited to "the donkey's wedding" on Wendy's show, the Twitter-verse exploded -- with Khloe's friend Jonathan Cheban Tweeting Shanna was a "dirty whore" and Khloe chiming "I have no idea who this girl is but I guess she is talking about me. Talk on honey... I can care less LOL."
Like any dependable celebrity these days, Shanna also said sorry via Tweet, saying "you are right. We don't know each other personally and I apologize for my comment this morning."
What a bunch of twits.

Carrie Prejean is finally firing back at the people behind Miss California USA with a lawsuit -- claiming Shanna Moakler and other pageant officials forced her out because of her religious beliefs.
Prejean just filed the suit in L.A. County Superior Court, accusing Moakler and pageant honcho Keith Lewis of religious discrimination, defamation, public disclosure of private facts, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligent infliction of emotional distress.
Prejean was dethroned/fired from her post as Miss California USA back on June 10, nearly two months after she spoke out against gay marriage at the April 19th Miss USA competition.
Prejean claims the Miss Cali people "conspired to get rid of her" beginning on April 21st -- when she said on the "Today" show that she would rather be "biblically correct than politically correct."
Reps for Miss California USA have previously explained that Carrie was fired for missing appearances she was supposed to make for the organization and for not getting clearance to do extracurricular activities.
Donald Trump -- who owns the Miss Universe Organization -- is NOT named in the suit.
But in her suit, Carrie says the Miss Cali USA people "fabricated a fraudulent list of some 50 public appearances allegedly missed by Prejean which they released to the media in order to justify her termination as Miss California USA."
In the suit, Carrie claims officials also tried to "set up Prejean to have her dismissed as Miss California USA by asking her to do a Playboy photo shoot for $120,000."
UPDATE: A rep for Moakler tells TMZ: "Ms. Moakler has not yet been served with Carrie Prejean's lawsuit. However, on Ms. Moakler's behalf, I can say unequivocally that Ms. Prejean's lawsuit is without merit. More importantly, as everyone who watched or read her public statements is well aware, Ms. Prejean's unfortunate and bigoted statements are responsible for any public humiliation or damages to her reputation that she has claimed to have suffered. Ms. Moakler strenuously denies that she did anything wrong and looks forward to proving that in a court of law."

Shanna Moakler has been feuding with her ex-husband Travis Barker, but the passing of DJ AM might spark a truce ... at least temporarily.
Barker survived the horrific plane crash last year alongside his good friend DJ AM. Through her rep, Moakler told us, "My deepest condolences are to DJ AM, he was a great artist and will be severely missed. My thoughts and prayers to his family and friends. My support and love goes out to Travis as I know how hard this is for him and how close they were."

Finally some clarity about Monday's epic battle between Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler -- cops have released the dramatic report from the incident that centered around a convicted child molester.
According to the Barrington Police, the drama began when Travis went to Shanna's Rhode Island home to drop off their two kids. When Travis noticed a car belonging to a convicted child molester near the home, he got into an argument with Shanna -- and she called the cops.
When police arrived, Travis told police he didn't "want to leave the kids in the residence with a pedophile and wanted a certified nanny with the kids."
Cops read the court order explaining the custody agreement between the couple, which stated that the man who owned the car was not allowed near the kids. But when they checked Moakler's home and discovered he was not there, Barker agreed to leave as long as he was given the names and numbers of the two nannies staying with the kids.
After the deal was made, cops say Shanna asked about how to get a restraining order. It doesn't say who she was trying to restrain, but after Travis posted a message on his Twitter page calling his wife a piece of ... well, another word for excrement ... you could probably figure it out.
UPDATE: Shanna's rep just told us: "It is really sad at this point that Shanna can't enjoy her children with her family in peace. Why would police let the kids stay if this apparent "uncle" was actually there. Shanna and Travis need to work this out without the media being involved. There are young children involved and its just not fair."

Shanna Moakler agreed to let Travis Barker take their two kids on the road with him last month during his tour with Blink-182 ... but she didn't let that happen without getting something for herself in return.
Custody papers filed in L.A. County Superior Court say in order for the kids to tour with Travis from July 25 -- August 22, he has to arrange a vacation for Moakler and the kids to Rhode Island on August 26.
The papers say Travis also has to take Shanna and the kiddies to R.I. via his tour bus.
And here's the weird part: The papers say the kids aren't allowed to get near a man named Richard Sinnott "at any time whatsoever."
It's unclear at this time who exactly Richard is and why they don't want their kids around him.

Shanna Moakler is throwing down the gauntlet over allegations made by her ex-husband, Travis Barker, scoffing at his claim that she has an uncle who's a sex offender.
Long story short -- Travis accused Shanna of endangering the lives of their kids by letting them hang around her sex offender uncle. One problem -- Shanna doesn't have an uncle ... so she says today.
She tells us, "I don't have a uncle, second, I would NEVER endanger the lives of my children, I find making public spectacles humiliating not just for our children but for our entire families."
Interesting, because yesterday Shanna said on her Twitter she and her uncle were planning on suing.'
UPDATE -- A little clarification on the "uncle." According to Shanna's rep, "Shanna's family has helped foster children for decades. Many of them are not related who she still calls aunt, uncle, brother, and cousin. So I hope everyone understands, Shanna is not blood related to the specific gentleman her and Travis were referring to. The media caught her off guard and she got flustered."

One day after resigning from the Miss California USA pageant, and Shanna Moakler is already slamming "biblically correct" Carrie Prejean for "continuing to lie" about her boobie baring past.
Audibly choked up at certain points, Moakler did an emotional interview with Ryan Seacrest on KIIS-FM -- where she bashed Prejean for not taking "responsibility" for her topless pixxx during her excuse filled appearance on "Today" yesterday morning.
Interestingly enough, Shanna ain't slamming The Donald -- saying he's "fantastic" and "good at what he does."

Oh the irony. Shanna Moakler just resigned as pageant director for the Miss California USA pageant, after Donald Trump told the world how Shanna and crew have mended fences with "biblically correct" Miss California USA Carrie Prejean. Just another one of those pesky lies.
Here's the statement Shanna released to Us Magazine:
"Since the press conference yesterday, I had a chance to think about what has taken place, and I feel that at this time it is in my best interest to resign from the Miss California USA organization.
I cannot with a clear conscious move forward supporting and promoting the Miss Universe Organization when I no longer believe in it, or the contracts I signed committing myself as a youth. I want to be a role model for young women with high hopes of pageantry, but now feel it more important to be a role model for my children. I am sorry and hope I have not let any young supporters down but wish them the best of luck in fulfilling their dreams."
Shanna sat on that stage all smiles just 24 hours ago. Those phony smiles -- just something you learn and never forget when you're a Miss USA.

The Miss California USA pageant officials just held a press conference about Carrie Prejean's future -- and while they were highly ticked off that she broke contract and recorded a PSA for NOM, her fate still lies in the hands of Donald Trump.
Shanna Moakler and Keith Lewis also openly expressed their disdain for the way Carrie has handled herself lately -- and said she's the first Miss California with "handlers" through which they're forced to communicate.
The Donald will hold a presser tomorrow at 11am ET for the official decision. We'll be there.

The only thing Shanna Moakler likes more than fighting with ex-husband Travis Barker on MySpace ... is getting back together with him.
The 33-year-old former beauty queen hung out with Travis this weekend and actually wore her wedding ring. I love you -- for now.
If you think it's hard keeping up with the status of Shanna and Travis' relationship, imagine what their children must think.

This has definitely got to be the best birthday ever for Travis Barker.
The drummer was all smiles last night following his birthday dinner at Nobu with on again off again ex Shanna and the kids. It appears he has successfully hit the reset button since surviving the plane crash.
