"Laguna Beach" pseudo-star Jason Wahler got a serious dose of reality Thursday night -- because dude was cuffed and thrown into the back of a pickup truck in Mexico after he allegedly got into a fight at a nightclub.
Sources tell TMZ it all went down at the Pink Kitty nightclub in Cabo San Lucas where Wahler allegedly got into a scuffle with someone inside the bar.
We're told security escorted Wahler outside after the alleged fight where cops manhandled him and tossed him into the back of a pickup truck.
The local police told us they didn't have anybody named Jason Wahler in their jail ... and so far no comments from his rep or lawyer ... so ... if you we never see him again, we know why.
One of 50 Cent's bodyguards was taken into custody after an alleged fight with several photogs outside a hotel in Copenhagen.
Copenhagen Police tell TMZ they are holding the bodyguard pending charges. They have 24 hours to decide whether or not to bring charges before a judge.
Rapper Juelz Santana's 27th birthday party turned into a battle royale Monday night when a club goer hopped the divider into the VIP area -- and got the living crap beat out of him while the rapper watched.
It's unclear exactly what started the brawl -- but the guy wearing the Rev Run hat definitely did something to piss off the mob waiting in the VIP section at M2 Ultralounge in New York.
After a failed attempt to defuse the situation, several men began wailing on the Rev Run-alike until he was on the ground. Somehow, the man emerged from the chaos and was able to leave the club.
Rapper Maino can be seen in the melee, but is never actually seen throwing a punch.
Snoop Dogg, Lil' Kim, and Ashanti were at the party during the mayhem ... but stayed out of it.
Travis Barker was challenged to a fight by a photog just one hour before yesterday's nuclear showdown -- and TMZ has now obtained video of the confrontation that ignited the whole thing.
The video shows an antagonizing cameraman (not TMZ) seriously getting into it with Travis, inciting him by saying, "Whatcha gonna do?" as Barker walked with his children into Marmalade Cafe at the Commons.
Travis is seen swinging at the camera and yelling "I'll kick the s**t outta you bro ... if I didn't have my little girl in my hands ... give me an hour and I'll meet you." The photog said he'd be waiting.
As we previously reported, neither of the guys Travis and Co. fought with on the way out are the photog in this video.
TMZ has obtained crazy video of Travis Barker and his friends threatening paparazzi outside a Calabasas restaurant -- spitting at the photogs, hitting the camera and, allegedly, slashing a photog's tires.
In the video, Travis starts out by screaming, "Where's your homeboy?" As we first reported, Travis got into it with a photographer on his way into the restaurant -- but neither of the two photogs in the video are that guy.
The photogs claim one of their phones was stolen. When one of the photogs confronts Travis' friends about the phone, a guy can be heard saying, "F**king snitch fa**ot motherf**ker, no one has your gay ass phone."
After a few more minutes of arguing, and the arrival of cops, a photog noticed his tires were slashed.
The photogs told cops they did not want to press charges. No arrests were made, but a vandalism report was taken.
UPDATE: You can read Travis' response to the incident on his Twitter page, saying in part, "Paparazzi cried like young girls when it was no longer three of them against me and my kids. Didn't they remember threatening me an hour ago? What happened to the tough guys with the cameras? It was gonna be a fair fight."
Travis Barker got into a heated argument with paparazzi outside a restaurant in Calabasas and cops took a report ... sources tell TMZ.
We're told it happened as Travis and some of his friends were on their way out of the restaurant. The agency involved claims their guys did nothing to provoke the incident -- and that Barker had a run-in with two other photogs on the way in.
Cops were able to confirm they were called to the location, but wouldn't confirm Barker was involved. There were no arrests made, but a vandalism report was taken.
We've tried to reach out to Travis, so far no luck.
The mystery man who was tossed off an airplane for allegedly attacking Mitt Romney has finally been revealed -- it was one of the guys from LMFAO ... and he claims Romney is the one who got physical first!
It all went down shortly after the two parties boarded a flight from Vancouver to Los Angeles on Monday.
According to a video confessional from LMFAO's Sky Blu, it all started when he leaned his seat back while the plane was still on the tarmac ... and Romney, who was sitting behind him, started yelling at him to put his seat back up.
Sky Blu claims Romney then reached forward and grabbed his shoulder ... and in turn, he hit the Presidential wannabeen's forehead. Shortly after, authorities boarded the plane and escorted Sky Blu off the flight ... and the other member of LMFAO got it all on tape.
On Tuesday, Romney's spokesperson said Sky Blu became "physically violent" when asked to put his seat up ... but the spokesperson never mentioned whether or not Romney puts his hands on him.
Sky (a Democrat) says it was an "unfortunate situation" and he's sure Mitt (a Republican) is a "nice guy" ... but not someone he'd vote for.
Jean-Claude Van Damme -- the most badass fighting sensation of the 90s -- just got challenged to an MMA fight by a guy who used to fight puppets in spandex ... all over an incident from 15 years ago.
The guy issuing the challenge is former White Ranger Jason David Frank, who tells TMZ, he's had it out for Van Damme ever since 1995 when the Muscles from Brussels -- who had been Frank's childhood hero -- allegedly blew him off during the premiere of "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie."
As TMZ previously reported, Frank is now a scary-looking MMA fighter who has a fight next weekend in the Octagon -- and Van Damme is reportedly looking to make his own pro fighting debut ... so the timing couldn't be better for Frank to settle the score.
Frank claims he'll take Van Damme "anytime, anyplace, anywhere" -- and "if [Van Damme's] too scared to come into the Octagon, I'll even take him on in a kickboxing match."
Kid Cudi has finally apologized to the guy he allegedly socked at a concert last year -- and blamed the whole thing on too much drinky drinky, this according to the self-proclaimed punchee.
Michael Sharpe -- the man who claims Cudi's fist connected with his face during a December show in Vancouver -- tells TMZ the rapper called him up last weekend to finally apologize, and blamed the knuckle sandwich on the a-a-a-a-a-alcohol.
Sharpe said Cudi also offered to fly him out to New York for an all-expenses paid weekend -- but so far, nothing is set in stone.
We reached out to Kid Cudi for comment -- so far, radio silence.
Membership in the "Bad Girls Club" comes with a price -- and for Florina "Flo" Kaja, that price is a nasty looking gash on her right thigh.
Flo, who got into a ridiculous, ankle busting fight with housemate Amber on last week's episode, showed off her battle wounds Thursday night outside Wonderland.
She was out with show alums Amber M. and Sarah from Season 3 -- bad girls gotta stick together!
Ronnie from "Jersey Shore" went on a radio show and proclaimed that his sucker punch case had been officially dismissed -- unfortunately for him, someone's info is waaaayyy off.
It's all over an incident featured on the MTV reality show -- where Ronnie was arrested after bragging about knocking out some guy in "one shot." Yesterday, Ronnie and GF Sammi "Sweetheart" were on B100 in Davenport, Iowa, where they said, "The case is dismissed, all the charges were dropped."
But according to the Ocean County Prosecutor's office, the investigation is ongoing -- and the fist pumping reality star still faces a charge of 3rd degree aggravated assault.
Despite the victim -- a guy named Stephen Izzo -- telling TMZ he's going to show up to Ronnie's court date in a couple weeks, we're told no date has actually been set.
A snowboarding legend bashes an ice sculpture at a corporate event ... then verbally brutalizes the security guard who tries to handle the situation -- and the ballistic confrontation is all caught on tape.
It all went down last week during a sales event in Colorado at which Luke "Dingo" Trembath was supposed to present an award. Instead, the star of "The Adventures of Danny and The Dingo" presented a display in debauchery -- knocking over a very pricey piece of frozen water.
When security confronted the former ESPN commentator about the ice incident, he went ballistic, calling the security guy a "f**king f**got" and screaming, "You're a piece of sh*t that makes f**king nothing."
Cops were eventually called over to mediate. Dingo tells us the police just asked him to go home ... which he did, "Gladly."
While an addiction towards GTL (gym, tanning, laundry) is in their blood, Ronnie says the kids of the "Jersey Shore" aren't programmed to start fights -- they're merely forced to defend themselves.
Whether it's against drunk gym teachers or a couple of charging "hippos," Sammi's sweetheart says the group's throwdowns are "almost self defense ... we can't walk away, we gotta do what we have to do"
And speaking of fists -- Ronnie made sure to pump his for us too.
