41. Hey Stan Marsh, don't assume it was an abortion -- miscarriages are extremely common in the first few months of pregnancy. It's more likely a miscarriage than abortion. Don't judge what you know nothing about.

43. Making it sound like she had it taken care of.. I think this is pam being Pam she probably told him that she was but wasn't really she is getting older and she won't be able to use this excuse very long . Although i think it's going a bit far to sugest that she has aborted her pregnancy.. I think this could lead to trouble.. do we really care .. I am sure she will get married again, and get divorced again and have a mystery pregnancy again.
She did the same thing with Kid Rock she got upset that he wasn't with her, and she told him she was pregnant and had miscarried and I don't agree with that type of thing. But if that is the way she rolls well hopefully the next guy will be a little more aware of it, and keep it gloved up,. should she even be having unprotected sex with Hepatitis I mean isn't that a little scary for people.
