346. "Authority on the mind", eh? How'd that work out for Lisa McPherson? Elie and Jeremy Perkins? If these type of results are what we SP's can expect after you nuts "clear the planet", no thanks.
$cientology = big, fat global scam.

BTW- What is $cientology so afraid of? Why do they try to hide everything? Could it be because these videos cannot be shown to anyone not indoctrinated to the cult because they KNOW we'll see them for the conmen they are?

347. Sorry "lamb" the cats out of the bag and you can't get it back in. It's crystal clear EXACTLY what $cientology is. Perhaps you'd care to comment on the fact that Hubbard was a wanted criminal at the time of his death? That his wife served time in federal prison for the largest infilltration of government offices in this country's history? That $cientologists of ALL levels commit crimes? I didn't think so.

Creepy is Tom Cruise and the rest of you nuts.

350. And about your claim that $cientologists don't rape children, care to explain this little tidbit involving $cientologist James Barbour and a 15 year old?

Broadway Actor Pleads Guilty to Backstage Sex Act With Girl, 15, in
2001

The actor, James Barbour, was accused of having criminal sexual
contact with a high school student who was an aspiring actress when
she attended a performance of "Jane Eyre" in June 2001.....

His lawyer said that the prosecutor's agreement to a misdemeanor plea
showed the weaknesses of its case. But Mr. Barbour had to agree to a
lengthy series of conditions of probation that are very similar to
those that apply to convicted sex offenders.

While he is on probation, he must inform the manager, producer or
assistant director of any theatrical, film or television project he
works in that he has been convicted of endangering the welfare of a
child, "having engaged in oral sexual conduct and sexual contact with
a 15-year-old child."

And he has to get permission from the court or his probation officer
to participate in shows employing child actors or to give backstage
tours to children.

He must also attend sex-offender treatment and cannot visit
playgrounds, arcades, amusement parks, school grounds or Internet chat
rooms frequented by children without permission from his probation
officer.

351. For those reading here who speak German, look at THIS German website or google for "Caberta" on the web. Then you also find Scientology's "DIRT SITES" which have been throwing dirt at the German politician Mrs. Caberta:

http://fhh.hamburg.de/stadt/Aktuell/behoerden/inneres/arbeitsgruppe-scientology/start.html

Mrs. Caberta, member of the Hamburg social democratic party is trying to get this CULT forbidden here and has been investigating Scientology and compiling material against them (among them threats to ex-members, strange "suicides of ex-Scientology members a.s.o. for years now. Scientology is closely observed and monitored by the Geman Intelligence Organization! This speaks for itsself, I think.

355. I wish I could read German although I think I can get a pretty good idea of what $cientology is doing to Ms. Caberta. Cheers to her for standing up to these criminals. Who knows how many vulnerable young people she may save from their clutches.

356. Hey Tom,or is it Lamb?Care to justify the murder of Lisa McPherson at the Scientology Harrison Hotel-severly dehydrated, underweight, bruised and covered with roach bites?and denied medical care----oh,and this all happened right after she wrote about wanting to get out of Scientology and go back home.

357. Hahahaha, what a nutcase. Ever since that interview with him that said all drugs are bad and him acting like he knew more about pregnancy than an actual woman (I mean seriously, what does he know about being pregnant?) i've been enlightened to just how crazy and ignorant he is. All he is is a figurehead for scientology to get those fanatic fans of his to join as well as other celebrities. I mean come on, it was founded by L RON HUBBARD!!! Hahahaha, when a religion is founded by a SCI-FI(by the way sci-fi means science FICTION, just like his "religion" :) ) writer and you join it, how dumb do you feel? Hahahaha he was a failed science fiction writer that just created this so that he would be remembered somehow. What a egotistical con-artist.

358. $cientology needs to be exposed for what it is. www.xenu.net & www.freedomofmind.net have great info on it, and then there's the South Park episode that Cruise, I think, got censored by blackmailing Comedy Central's owners (Viacom?) not to air it or he wouldn't promote his movie with them (last Mission Impossible?). However, on Pieta's comments on Romney & Mormonism- just because $cientology is what it is, it doesn't make sense, or is it factual to dismiss objections' to another religion or deflect from it or Romney. Mormonism is deceptive, evasive & hides it's true doctrines. Whether U care what they believe or practice, it's a matter of integrity, honesty & openness so others can make a truly informed decision. They say the same words, etc., as others in churches, but they are redefined- they hold back on informing us of the differences. They are not open that the Mormon/LDS Church states the Father, Jesus & the Holy Spirit "are three Gods" (Teachings of the Prophet Joseph Smith, p 370), but LDS founding prophet, Joseph Smith, has as Article of Faith #1 that "We believe in God, the Eternal Father, His Son Jesus Christ & the Holy Ghost.", but there is no definition of their natures (3 Gods, became Gods), but it is common to see the definition of the Trinity included in Protestant & Catholic churches. Instead they commonly use the non-specific '3 beings'/etc & avoid saying 3 Gods. They believe the Father became A God as we can become literal gods (LDS Melchizedek Priesthood study guide 1985, pp 151-513, Doctrine & Covenants 132, Abraham 4-5), but commonly use the covered vague 'we are made in God's image' & 'we can become like him'. Both later euphemisms can be said by any faithful Protestant, Catholic but they are not even close to the LDS definition. Living LDS apostle Boyd K Packer says if a Mormon doesn't believe in Mormonism/have a 'testimony', bear it to others anyway & that will help in getting one (In official LDS mag Ensign 1/1983). That is lying to others (saying U believe in something U don't), and emotional self-conditioning. LDS defender Robert Millett says LDS have no obligation answer others' questions & advocates answering the question you think they should have asked instead of what they actually asked (YouTube, "Lying for The Lord" video). Faithful & obedient LDS/Mormons don't tell non-LDS the contents of what goes on in the temple ceremony, etc (bare essentials of some other things only at best), and they say it isn't secret, but sacred. That is a redefinition of the word secret to avoid admitting the obvious that it is secret (They used this line for years & I read it again this week). This isn't honest. It's a distinction without a difference. If they won't tell you about most of what goes on, then they are keeping it secret. This is what Romney has in the fabric of his religion. Romney was in a 2007 YouTube GOP presidential debate that had someone ask if the candidates believed in a inerrant (error-free/perfect) Bible- he said "Yes, I believe the Bible is the word of God", but his church & scriptures say it is corrupted & many parts taken out (Book of Mormon 1 Nephi 13) & the LDS Church even state that one Bible book isn't inspired writing (LDS Edition of KJV Bible: Song of Sol 1:1 NOTE). At best, he dodged it with the last part of his answer, and at worse, he lied, since he plainly said "yes" to the very clear question (Whether the question should have been asked on the debate or not, it is Romney's honesty & integrity in his answer that is the issue). He said in elsewhere he thought polygamy was horrible, but his church's scriptures still holds to the principle & doctrine as from deity (D&C 132). I heard him say these things.
It's not what they say many times that is the most revealing, but what they leave out.
From the foundation & present teaching & practice of the LDS Church to his own words, there are definite reasons not to trust Romney, or his church, unfortunately. Many LDS are nice people, good neighbors, etc., but that doesn't justify the above & a lot more. Check out www.MRM.org & UTLM. Not perfect websites, but very good.
With the legacy of his church (I only touched upon a few points here), and his following in the same line of sidestepping, lying, etc., about his faith, I cannot trust him as a politician (I am from Massachusetts where he was governor). I cannot trust him when he says he sincerely changed his views on issues & it supposedly wasn't a political change.
Cruises' crazy couch jumping & $cientology problems & strange sci-fi beliefs (L Ron Hubbard was as ci-fi writer, so it wasn't a big jump for him to invent his odd theology (thetans, etc), & so much more does not follow that we dismiss other groups because they aren't $cientology or a person isn't Tom Cruise.

359. In world where Britany, Lindsey and Paris prove they have no morals whats so ever I don't get why the media is out to get Tom Cruise. I don't care for him as an actor or anything its just his actions haven't put any lives in danger or morally decayed our children like the young actresses I mentioned. Its not a crime to celebrate or promote your faith. No one should be treated any differently because their views aren't the majority. That's why this country is so great supposedly because you have to right to religious freedom. Do I agree with Cruises views absolutely not but he does have the right to believe in what wants to. He shouldn't be mocked or laughed for his beliefs. Heck if you don't agree thats fine but I just find it tasteless to make him out to be some sort of outcast because of what he believes. At least he's willing to stand up for something which is lot more than I can say for the media favorites/harlots Britany, Paris and Lindsey.
