95. 74 and 81: You're still talking about the PAST not the NOW. Who cares what KFed did when he lived in Fresno? Also, the court order says Britney and Kevin can't drink or do drugs 12 hours before seeing the kids. It says nothing about their visitors. Yes, I saw the pix in x17 showing his pool unfenced a few months ago. But you left out the part where later pix SHOWED it had been fenced. The PAST. BTW You mention Shar Jackson's interview as PROOF of something. She says, according to you, that he's never done hard stuff, as Britney is accused of doing. She also said he didn't smoke around the kids. (Even the best x17 has ever gotten of him in months of trying, is shots of him going outside for a cig at his house.) Please realize that the court is judging what Britney does NOW, not whatever she did in the PAST and the same rule would be applied to him. So write about something provable that's happening NOW, not months and years old. Not just what you read somewhere. Because unless any of us know these two personally, which none of us do, including me, we only know what's on these sites. I've seen too much bad stuff of the things Britney does on film, not much of anything on KFed. And that is her own fault for doing stupid stuff when she knows she's being filmed. IF he's doing anything anywhere near as bad as what she's been filmed doing over and over, he's smart enough not to be filmed doing it. Just like you and I probably would do! But she just puts it out there for everyone to see---how smart is that for a person to do if they want their kids back?

97. It looks like things are not going good for Britney in court. Too bad she didn’t follow the court orders in the 1st place, as many others here have already commented.

She never “got it” that the orders were not from Kevin, but the court.

If she’s getting a private eye at this stage in the game, it’s just too late.

Courts hate it when one party tells the judge that the other party is just as bad, or worst than they are.

If she had evidence on Kevin, then she should have presented it way back when.

98. It's interesting to watch all the media bias going on. TMZ seems to have it out for Brit. I guess since she's in their area, she's an easy target. Meanwhile X-17 is promoting Brit's album in an auction. They seem to be be more biased against Kevin. I am not picking sides, as I think they are both World Class Losers who both have a long drug history. It's just interesting to watch both competing sites and how they spin things. Anyone else notice this?

101. Neither one of these two idiots should have custody of these two children! Neither Britney nor K-Fed can put the children's needs FIRST, which you must do if you are a parent. These two selfish and immature people had no business having children when they did, but they have, so now it's time to grow up and take on the responsibility of being a decent parent. I am Mother of three. Am I perfect? Of course not! No Mother is. But I do my best and I ALWAYS put my children's needs before my own. Britney needs help and fast! K-Fed only wants custody because the kids are now his gravy train since Britney's money train already left the station. I mean this guy doesn't even give one ounce about the other two children he has with Shar Jackson (she has no money), so his motives are pretty obvious here! And Britney is too immature and self-absorbed to be a proper parent. If any one of us "normal" citizens were behaving this way, our children would have been taken away from us, without question. Malibu, Ca. officials, please, please, please step in and put these children with someone who will actually put their needs first (and NO Britney's Mother is not that person!).

-Attacking an empty car with an umbrella

-Reportedly according to her ex bodyguard doing piles of blow in a hotel room

-Driving around with the kids unbuckled, running red lights, etc.

-Making an ass out of herself on the MTV awards show

-Going to rehab twice, once in the Bahama's and once at Promises in Malibu

103. TMZ will never diss on their boy Kevin. For whatever reason this papparozo team have against her is just rotten. I've never seen once where a photog has laid on his car to snap a picture of that piece of trash. TMZ is becoming famous off Britney by stalking her every move for Kevins case. Kevins lawyer pays big money for these photos that Britney actually pays for.

105. There are more reports popping out saying Britney into the new
troubles of having another new lawsuit by her real estate broker
which based on her family's home( Her mom and Her brother and
Jamie),and wanted Britney to bail them out. Britney have so far have
2 lawsuits on her hands. Britney probably wants to hire P.I to steal the tactic of K- Fed 's
and see how K - Fed do his way without getting himself in his own
troubles. Dirt digging up party!
