Britney Spears is on the offensive in her ongoing battle with Fed-Ex. We're told the popwreck wants to prove she's not the only one who screws up.
Sources tell TMZ Brit has hired a P.I. company to dig up dirt on her ex. One source says, during their marriage, Spears witnessed K-Fed smoking dope and drinking beer around the kids. Brit's camp hopes they can get the goods and turn the tables in the custody battle.

65. Spears really takes the cake. Instead of straightening up her own act and doing right by her children, she is now trying to take the heat off herself by trying to put it on her ex. It is very obvious that this is just a revenge effort made out of spite. Even if Federline did drink beer or smoke pot while she was still with him, if he isn't doing those things now, she is only going to make herself look even more foolish than she already has.

67. It's obvious that Britney does not care to be a parent to these two little boys. If she cared, she would wise up and change her ways, however, since Britney feels that she is above the law and can do what she wants, her own actions are what provoked the judge to strip her of her children, NOT Kevin! I don't blame Kevin one bit for taking Britney back to court, considering she is stupid enough to go and do the things she has been video taped of doing. I highly doubt for a moment that Kevin would even do anything stupid at this point, considering I am sure he would have an idea that in time he could be looked at as well. Let Brit go and try to dig stuff up, what happened in the past is just that, the past! What will matter is if he is doing anything now. He could have done dope for years, but that won't matter as long as he is not doing that now. And before anyone says that he is, you have no idea for yourself. You are only going off of what someone else says and for all you know, the person may not like Kevin for whatever other reason and will say things that aren't true. At this point, I would like to see Brit stripped from being a parent anyhow. All I can say is THANK GOD she is NOT my parent nor do I live in California any longer.

Acorrding to the court order there was to be no drinking 12 hrs b-4 seening the kids. there's fotos of someone at k-feds house drinking in his back yard...There's also picture of k-feds backyard with the kids playhouse jumpy thingie right next to pool. and the pool did not have a fence, it was of the BOYS b-day PARTY. TMZ showed k-fed with the BOYS, but X-17 showed the pool and the playhouse. side by side.THERE'S ALOT OF STUFF ON K-FED. only the media chose to put out only BRINEYS.,it's been one sided from the begining..

If his porn star girlfriend is bad, have you read about the slimy dealings her friend Sam has been involved in? So that's a wash. Neither "companion" is exactly a prize. Couple of posters here make a good point----she should spend more energy trying to clean up her act than spying on him---as if x17 hasn't been looking for dirt for months for her. The thing is that all the things people seem to accuse him of are things he "used" to do---no one seems to have proof he's doing things now. Have you never known people who used to do things that don't do them anymore? I know plenty of them. Some people grow up and their priorities change. Maybe that's his "crime". Britney seems to have regressed instead of growing up. Doing all the childish and stupid things she does, knowing she's being filmed, missing court ordered drug tests, etc., when she knows it effects her custody fight. People blame the paps all the time, but they don't make her miss tests or do whatever she did to make the monitor file such a bad report about her lack of mothering skills. People DO change, and maybe he has for the better because he cares for what's happening to the kids. Not saying the money doesn't matter. Britney, for whatever reason, has changed for the worse and she should be seeking help for her issues rather than hiring someone to dig up dirt on KFed. The only way for her to improve her chances in court is to clean up her act. Funny how so many people implore her to GROW UP because they think she has the capacity to do so but won't give KFed benefit of the doubt that he has grown up some.
