64. I guess the issue is not really whether Kevin or Britney have done drugs in the past, the issue is what state are the parties in right now.
Digging up dirt on Kevin will not make her look good. The reason why Kevin has custody is because she was reckless and irresponsible and the only way she is going to regain custody is to show she is responsible. A court is going to put more weight on Britney being reckless and running a red light a week ago than on Kevin using drugs like over a year and a half ago and it would be have to be at least a year ago since Britney and Kevin broke up a year ago and Kevin did not garner 50/50 custody until after Brit got out of rehab in late FEB/March.
Also, if Brit had damaging info why did not she bring it up in Aug, Sept., Oct, and November. Brit lived with Kevin for 2.5 years. Why did not she tell the judge I saw Kevin use drugs.
Also, saying negative things about Kevin does not make up for that damaging evaluation made by the Parenting Coach or Brit's failure to be in total compliance with the court's orders.

65. Well since Britney says she "witnessed" him drinking beer and smoking pot around the kids, it must have been BEFORE they were divorced, because she doesn't see him with the kids now. I don't believe having a beer is against the law, and he has apparently passed ALL the drug tests by the court, so guess he isn't smoking pot, but go ahead Britney. It's easier to hire someone to dig up dirt on him than it is to clean up your own act, isn't it.

66. Yep-this is a far better way to blow her money,rather than hire a personal trainer and a chef to get into shape. A professional investigative co. would NEVER 'leak' this manner of info to the public,so that leaves us to wonder who might....and her CD maintains its slide down the charts......

71. Spears really takes the cake. Instead of straightening up her own act and doing right by her children, she is now trying to take the heat off herself by trying to put it on her ex. It is very obvious that this is just a revenge effort made out of spite. Even if Federline did drink beer or smoke pot while she was still with him, if he isn't doing those things now, she is only going to make herself look even more foolish than she already has.

74. It's obvious that Britney does not care to be a parent to these two little boys. If she cared, she would wise up and change her ways, however, since Britney feels that she is above the law and can do what she wants, her own actions are what provoked the judge to strip her of her children, NOT Kevin! I don't blame Kevin one bit for taking Britney back to court, considering she is stupid enough to go and do the things she has been video taped of doing. I highly doubt for a moment that Kevin would even do anything stupid at this point, considering I am sure he would have an idea that in time he could be looked at as well. Let Brit go and try to dig stuff up, what happened in the past is just that, the past! What will matter is if he is doing anything now. He could have done dope for years, but that won't matter as long as he is not doing that now. And before anyone says that he is, you have no idea for yourself. You are only going off of what someone else says and for all you know, the person may not like Kevin for whatever other reason and will say things that aren't true. At this point, I would like to see Brit stripped from being a parent anyhow. All I can say is THANK GOD she is NOT my parent nor do I live in California any longer.
