Britney Spears is on the offensive in her ongoing battle with Fed-Ex. We're told the popwreck wants to prove she's not the only one who screws up.
Sources tell TMZ Brit has hired a P.I. company to dig up dirt on her ex. One source says, during their marriage, Spears witnessed K-Fed smoking dope and drinking beer around the kids. Brit's camp hopes they can get the goods and turn the tables in the custody battle.

58. Well since Britney says she "witnessed" him drinking beer and smoking pot around the kids, it must have been BEFORE they were divorced, because she doesn't see him with the kids now. I don't believe having a beer is against the law, and he has apparently passed ALL the drug tests by the court, so guess he isn't smoking pot, but go ahead Britney. It's easier to hire someone to dig up dirt on him than it is to clean up your own act, isn't it.

59. Yep-this is a far better way to blow her money,rather than hire a personal trainer and a chef to get into shape. A professional investigative co. would NEVER 'leak' this manner of info to the public,so that leaves us to wonder who might....and her CD maintains its slide down the charts......
