Britney Spears is on the offensive in her ongoing battle with Fed-Ex. We're told the popwreck wants to prove she's not the only one who screws up.
Sources tell TMZ Brit has hired a P.I. company to dig up dirt on her ex. One source says, during their marriage, Spears witnessed K-Fed smoking dope and drinking beer around the kids. Brit's camp hopes they can get the goods and turn the tables in the custody battle.

Although I think he gets high, if he can get it together for a little while, he could potentially bury her.

34. They both did drugs! What about Brit almost overdosing on Ecstasy? The both have a long history and both are probably still doing drugs, so they both are losers! Anyone who claims that either is a perfect parent is probably on drugs too- or a ravenous fan- or both. More kids that are going to suffer for the rest of their lives because they were born to immature, drugged out parents.

37. I've never been much of a Britney Spears fan but, doesn't anyone remember all the crap K-fed pulled after Sean Preston was born? He only cleaned up his act to clean out Brit's bank account. He isn't father of the year by any means he has just learned to keep his business on the down low. Brit should just take his cue and stay out of the public eye for a while or at least until she gets her kids back. I hate how much brit is scrutinzed for her parenting skills just because she is a celebrity. She's no more of a bad mother than millions of other mom's in the world she's just overly publicized.

40. K Fed may be even dumber than Britney. If he wrecks her career, as he appears to be trying to do, he may kill the golden goose.
As for her -- she needs a serious bitch-slapping, but there is no one with that kind of authority over her, unfortunately. And she lacks the brain cells to impose self discipline, obviously.
The only prayer those two children have is for the judge to take them away from both of these "parents", give them new identities, and send 'em to South Dakota or somewhere to grow up ~ kinda like a witness protection program.
Oh, and then the judge should order that both the sperm-donor and egg-donor/breeder be sterilized for the good of humanity.

45. Wow first thing I thought when I read this is...Neither will have the kids. Maybe thats the best thing for both the boys. You've got Brit who just doesnt have it together, mentally, shes a mess! Kevin who seems to be trying, You dont see him out driving wrecklessly blowing through red lights, at least he stays out of the spotlight when he has the kids. I think this is a late ditch effort on Britneys side, however, I dont think it matters at this point. I feel bad for the boys, someone else needs to have them and get them away from that drunken/drugged fool...and by that, I mean both parents!!
