Britney Spears is on the offensive in her ongoing battle with Fed-Ex. We're told the popwreck wants to prove she's not the only one who screws up.
Sources tell TMZ Brit has hired a P.I. company to dig up dirt on her ex. One source says, during their marriage, Spears witnessed K-Fed smoking dope and drinking beer around the kids. Brit's camp hopes they can get the goods and turn the tables in the custody battle.

Nothing like waiting until you've made a complete mess of yourself, driven dangerously with your kids in the car, totally blown off whatever the court tells you to do to suddenly say "hey! my ex is a mess too!" Right now I don't think anything she could say or dig up on him will make much difference.....

24. you know God forbid that instead of trying to dig up dirt on Kevin she actually tries to change and be a good mother!?!? She's so pathetic! She deserves every bad thing that has happened to her in the past year because she's brought it upon herself, hopefully one day she'll actually look in a mirror and realize that she needs to change for the better, and hopefully by that time it's not too late for her children.

30. Test them both, frequently and randomly and then make the test stick if they come up positive. Remove them from either household for at least 6 months or so, or just remove them entirely, and then keep testing them. Make this a court order and make it stick. If they can't handle it, then strip that person permanently! I think that Kevin is a dirtbag too, but the fact is that it is still Brit making all the mistakes. when she has them, they are always being put in danger. I would also bet that if Kevin gets them, the same thing will happen, he will lose them too. But right now, he has been the one laying low and I think that may be a marginal sign that maybe he is a shade more mature than his ex. The thought of either of them as parents scares the hell out of me though. The kids are so screwed!
