61. You may love their show, but I worked in radio and this interview has the unprofessional sound of someone rolling in 5 minutes before their shift and winging it. If they did prepare, then the nature of their first questions didn't reflect it.

62. The DJs came off sounding like idiots. I clicked on the link to their website and they go on to disparage him even more. How very immature. They think the movie will tank because of his actions? Their words only make me want to go see it more.

63. Hah, its hilarious Plummer got just what he wanted...ATTENTION. That is all the Hollywood idiots want, to be in the spot light for all eternity. No matter how they have to do it, whether it being an A$$ and attempting to make others look bad, as he did to the W&J show, shaving your head and going to a mental institute, or getting caught doing drugs, etc. Also, for all you people who are attempting to bash W&J without even knowing them, check out their website, listen to a podcast thats free to download and learn a little. They have only been on the air for twenty-four years, to me that alone gives them some merit. I will warn you though, to understand them you must have this little thing most Americans lack these days, its called "intelligence" which is very dangerous to those who do not have it.

P.S. If your a liberal, just close the page, don't want you to hurt yourself trying to understand.

64. W & J have shown themselves and their show to be as unprepared as ever. Mr. Plummer had an expectation that the host would be ready to discuss his movie and traid a few interesting quips about a long career.. This was not the case. Read the W & J comments on the web site show two sad examples of small market talk radio trying to cover their meistakes. Houston has suffered through what seems like years of these two low school chiorboys slow witted morning recitation of news gathered from the web. The W & J glib comments offer nothing for their listeners to "get". W&J fell back on their usual brand of half hearted smart remarks to get them through a segment with professional. More power to Plummer and others that go to work expectng others to be prepared and to make an honest effort. Pity for Houston radio listeners wondering why these two FM regets are still on the air.

65. I have yet to see a television host who has not asked the question of the visiting actor “so tell us what we're about to see in this clip?" The host knows full well what's in the clip, but he asked the celebrity to speak, because that's who the audience is really interested in listing to.

Or how about a book author, the question is always "so you have a new book, tell us about it..." Again, the celebrity is who we want to hear from......Tell us why we should buy you book or go see your movie.......

The host is almost always prepared, it's the audence that needs to be brought up to speed. Who better to hear from than the actor, author, or other person with the best first hand knowledge of the product.

68. if mr plummer really liked the movie that he is promoting, then he wouldn't mind talking about it to the radio gawds. if any of you people have never heard the w&j show then you have no right talking about them when all you have heard is 5 seconds of them talking. they were suprised by a jack-leg that probably HASN'T SEEN THE MOVIE HIMSELF!!!!!!!!!!!!! they were kind enough to tell the truth, unlike most out there, and they gave him more time on their show than most others would have. so before you people judge a radio show for doing the right thing, you should know the whole story.

70. Cackling jackasses is not format of any kind when a professional and awarded actor takes the time to set aside an interview into his schedule. What kind of format was this interview, kindergarten? Let them cackle amongst themselves if the listeners like that, but an interview with Christopher Plummer ought to have been treated with an ounce of respect and preparation. It doesn't matter how popular or trendy these two may be; to even dare to diss Plummer on the website after the fact is only adding insult to injury, and completely lacks integrity. A popular radio show is not a late slip for skipping ethics class.

72. The DJ's had 6 press clippings in front of them. They knew enough about the movie to conduct an interview (that's where you ask the other person QUESTIONS and they answer with information for the audience / reader).

Radio talk is no different than late night shows, where the guest shows up to promote his / her product.Do David Letterman or Jay Leno watch every movie from every star that they "interview?" Doubt it. They ask the same simplistic questions to get the "star" talking.

Plummer's people called Walton and Johnson to arrange the interview. If they wanted them to promote the movie themselves, why even bother having him on the show.

75. There isn't any difference in W&J saying "So tell us the name of your movie.." and David Letterman or Jay Leno asking the same of their own guests. Do you think those guys actually watch every movie sent to them? There was nothing rude or improper about the interview, maybe Plummer just woke up on the wrong side of the bed that morning! And for those of you who think these guys are shock jocks--you obviously have never heard their morning program! Thank you for your GREAT show, you magnificent S.O.B.'s!!
