TMZ has learned Britney Spears has lost physical custody of her kids. L.A. County Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon issued an order today, stating that Kevin Federline, the boys' father, "is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at 12:00 PM until further order of the court."
Judge Gordon had ordered Spears to undergo random drug testing and take parenting classes. Sources say Federline's powerhouse lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan (left), raised the issue that Spears was driving without a valid California driver's license, something first reported by TMZ.
X17 is reporting that Spears took the kids to the drive-thru at Carl's Jr. at 12:02 this afternoon and surrendered the kids to K-Fed's bodyguard three minutes later.
A source connected with the case says Spears was not focusing on the judge's order last month, and she may not have attended the parenting classes or performed the required drug and alcohol testing.

Motherhood is hard, never mind being in the public eye! The whole thing with you almost dropping your boy, any mother knows this can happen........my husband sat, yes SAT on my newborn the first day we brought her home. I hope you can get away, come hide out!!!! seriously.........my kids love you, but you can easily be a friend from college..........I know you understand what I am saying, no one would ever know..........be a regular person for a little while..............get away from the slime that wants to make money off your downfalls..
1730. oh please, it has been melting down to this for a long time. it is actually very hard to lose your children, i knew some really bad parents, and they still have their children. i worked with neglected and abused children. until i worked there, i couldnt believe how much they let people get away with before they removed the children from the home. and seriously, how much did she care? out smiling for the cameras and partying the same day!!! i hope her kids never read the media exposure or see the videos when they get older. how will that make them feel? the only people i feel bad for are those boys.

1733. I'm very concerned about Britney Spears. She has been in the middle of a break down for some time now and everyone seems to have no concern for her. We all knew Kevin was wrong for her. She lost her husband, then her children. She has turned to drugs and alcohol due to her losses and depression. Everyone once loved to watch her perform, now everyone is having fun gossiping about her and making fun of her. What is wrong with you people??? She is surrounded by so much negativity that she cannot even prioritize. She needs support from her friends, family, and fans.!!! Her personal life should not be splashed around the way it is.
