48. For the kids sake I believe that Kevin, nor Britney are spending adequate time, nor parental responsibility. I agree that the "family" needs to step in. I don't hear anything about the Federline family doing anything at all..do they even exist. Britney sounds like she has severe post-traumatic stress disorder, along with a drug and alcohol problem. Thank the Lord I have a great family that taught me about parenting. These children do not deserve this. Someone step up to the plate..infact Brad and Angelina here are two more children....

51. I am surprised it took this long to charge her. As fro not having a vaild California drivers license. Maybe, just maybe she has a license from another state, I know here in NY once you move into the state, you have 30 days to change it to a New York State license. Of course I am sure it is just one of those things Britney feels she didnt need.. Like to leave a note, Have a valid Califonia license. Even if she didnt want to leave a note with a phone number, there was enough press on the subject where if Britney REALLY wanted to, she could have gotten a hold of the persons car she damaged and took care of it all. But it was not that important, Drinking, drugging and flashing was.

52. Human beings are really cruel. You drove Princess Diana to her death, did the same to Anna Nicole, and now you are on the same path towards Britney Spears. God helps us all when you decide that someone has to go. I do not know this child, would not buy any of her records but I really feel sorry for her. You all keep pushing and pushing her to the brink so it is only a matter of time before you get the big scoop. If you had any decency, all of you would leave her alone, we all make mistakes but it is most unfortunate that hers are out there for you to salivate over. 53. NO VALID LICENSE??? So she is ALWAYS driving without a LICENSE?? So ALL those times she talked to police or police pulled her over and JUST WARNED HER they NEVER checked her license!!!! It that is true, I'm seriously disgusted by law enforcement. They ALWAYS check my LICENSE even if it's just ends up being a warning!! WTF???????????

59. I was waiting for this to happen. How do u hit a car and get out and check your car and go about you merry way. It was caught on tape. Did she really think it was no big deal? I would be not only afraid to walk away as though nothing happend. I would feel so much guilt. Not sure how she lives with herself. What took so long to charge her. Everyone knows what their car looks like. If it were my car I would have reported Brit hit my car.

I don't know what her excuse is for driving without a license.But I saw the tape of that accident, and that is just what it is, we all have them, She did go back inside the store she was at and did try and locate the owner of the car............Jeez we have all had an incident happen like this at least once in our lifetime. You know I just wish that you people would have pulled OJ apart like you are doing to her, That is a person that deserves it. You all must feel real good about yourselves right now. I just hope nothing like this ever enters your lives because you probably would not know how to handle it,
