62. To NSHA yes they do have the capability of doing what is called a transvaginal sonogram in which a wand is inserted into the vagina and the songram pictures are taken. Its a relatively new precedure in the last two years or so. Mainly done early in the first trimester because the view is better. Hopefully you arent in the medical field...

64. Seriously, you think they "stick the ultrasound thing up the cooch" to get these pics? I've had two kids and believe me, in all the exams, etc. they do while you're pregnant (i.e. sticking things "up the cooch") the ultrasound wand is not one of them...it's really not a big deal.

OMG,I agree,,TMI what ever happened to baby pics, announcements to the family and friends at a get together,,not smoking when you are having unprotected sex so your kids not messed up before it has a chance,,class,etc. Your 15 are up,let's get on with it. 75. Um, please don't do this. I know that space isn't a problem, being a Web site and all, but still, I thought you guys would be a little more selective in posting content.

Who the hell cares that a z-list actress from a long-defunct sitcom is knocked up? This "story" is a pointless waste of bandwidth and attention. Does Jodi Sweetin or her husband work for TMZ? If not--or even if they do--I have a question for the person who OK'd this story for posting: Why do you think anyone would care about this? Is it really THAT slow of a news day?

Why would anyone want to have a look at this washed-up beyotch's ultrasound? If it was, say, an ultrasound of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's next kid I could sort of understand. People might be interested in that, sure. But short of that combo, I don't think anyone really needs or wants to see some quasi-celebrity's ultrasound. Who the hell cares?

What's next, postings of Lauren Conrad's dental X-rays? Good gawd, guys, have some standards.
