Mama Dina and Gramma Lohan flew into the Beehive State last night to visit Lindsay in rehab -- putting three generations of lady Lohans in one spot! Look out Mormons, here they come!

Lindsay, whose Hollywood track record would make any Utahan proud, is still scrubbing toilets at Cirque Lodge while her attorney, Blair Berk, is making progress in getting Lilo's multiple felony charges Georgia Rule'd out.

Dina may have showed up to help lucky Lindsay celebrate the good news ... hopefully, not too hard.

9. Bad old Lindsay made her grandma and mother fly their lazy butts over to Utah to cheer her up and make her feel better about messing up?

Star Magazine is reporting that Lindsay Lohan is on the verge of being booted from the Cirque Lodge in Utah!

Lindsay was accused of having drugs in the rehab facility and hasn’t been very cooperative. She was ordered to take a drug test by the director of the facility and she flipped out and refused!!

She also stopped attending meetings and snuck out with a guy she met there the second night!

If she doesn’t shape up… she’s out of there. We’ll see what happens. I didn’t want to believe the first stories about her doing drugs at Promises but clearly she wasn’t clean after that little rehab stint…

She was supposed to be in court on the 24th… we’ll see what happens Friday!

10. i THINK THAT SHE NEEDS TO GO TO JAIL JUST LIKE PARIS AND NICOLE SHE IS NO BETTER THAN THEY ARE , IN FACT FELONY COCAINE CHARGES COME ON NOW GET REAL IF THEY DROP THESE CHARGES THEN THE JUSTICE SYSTEMS IS SURLY BEING PAID OFF.
