They also shrunk her left hip and thigh and removed the hand at rest (Her righ hand) to add the arm. They also moved what leg you can see up further at an angle and lessend the fabric over her right thigh (where the arm was added).

They also tanned her skin and removed her collarbone and since they made her shoulder and arm smaller they added the strap of her dress.

I don't think they added hair, but rather changed the hair color.

I think they did a crappy job on this photo. The original would have been just fine, but I guess they would not have been able to run the headline that they do next to her. She is beautiful just the way she is in the original. This is one of the causes for the problem woman have with self-esteem issues. The media "is the Devil!"

32. 2 things, 1 I can't believe how bad she looks. if you're getting shot for a magazine cover, at least have your makeup professionally done to hide most of those flaws! instead of "oh they'll just airbrush it out"

#2 her body. not too bad for a 40 year old that just had a kid. but c'mon, they shouldn't be slapping some hot 22-year-old body double on there. ridiculous!

I also find it odd that her head does seem smaller and it's not even positioned at the same angle. for some reason they tilted it to the left, which for the life of me I can't understand. absurd

time for women to start figuring out that ALL these women are airbrushed before they get suckered into buying all these rags.

33. Please learn to spell correctly(it would be their-not there) before telling the world who "we" like now. Carrie Underwood is a conceited, too big for her britches snot. Faith Hill is real. I would take her anyday over the immature one.

36. Oh Please, Carrie is more real than that fake Faith. I saw her expression on that awards show and she threw a fit because she didn't win. She lost a lot of respect from me that day. Now with Faith thowing the fit like she did, that show just how conceited, too big for her britches snot she is. Yes, some of us do know how to spell and spell well.

40. I am like the previous poster; when Tim McGraw and Faith Hill come on the radio I turn the station. I am so sick of hearing the same song of theirs 5-6 times a day I could just puke.
She ruined everything for me when she threw her diva fit. Not a pretty sight for a grown woman. Both of them are so overrated it is pathetic. At first Carrie was a good fit for country music but she has turned into a **tch, too. So I just quit listening to country music. I went back to the oldies, where you can understand the words and the music does not grate on the nerves.

Do you think Faith really was pissed and acting like a total crybaby or do you think she was just joking like she tried to say. I mean it really doesnt make any sense. She been on way to many awards shows to not know a camera would be live on her.

44. This is not as big a deal as everyone's making it out to be. Every person on the cover of every magazine since the invention of Photoshop has had retouches. The changes to this picture are so tame compared to what they have to do to Madonna's (and other celebs) pictures. Plus Faith is gorgeous even without the retouches.
