Pre-Prison Beach Break for Lane

"Prison Break" star Lane Garrison broke away from Hollywood yesterday to spend a little time with friends on the beach in Malibu yesterday. Take a good look!

The fake con faces real prison time in connection with a December 2 car crash that killed one teen and injured two others. Garrison was behind the wheel at the time of the accident, and was reported to have a blood-alcohol level of 0.20 -- more than double the legal limit – and tested positive for cocaine, too.

The 27-year-old TV star confessed up to vehicular manslaughter, and will be sentenced on August 2. He could face up to six years and eight months in real -- not TV -- prison.

9. I am so sick of these damn "movie stars" he killed a person what in the hell is he even doing out of jail, whats to say he get drunk and stoned and drive? What the hell is going in California-if the stars are not drinking,drugs and driving the other ones are feed up with their fans and the media. For one if it was not for their fans and getting their pictures taken they would not even be famous. Ha then I guess they wouldn't have the money that they love so much!

10. #10 & 11 I can see Ricki for SURE, but the other looks more like Minnie Driver to me.

I'm a HUGE Break fan, good thing his reckless act doesn't affect the storyline. Never really cared for his character anyway.

15. I hope that son of a b**ch get the most he can get. The sorry bastard is walking around the beach and laughing while a couple of mothers are crying cause thier kids are dead because he wented to get tooted up and drunck.
